San Diego Broadband started back in 2009 when a close family member moved to the remote hills of Poway only to find it was a nightmare to get good Internet. Using a couple well-placed radio dishes we were able to ‘beam’ Internet out to the property. Surprisingly it was fast and reliable. It sure beat spending thousands of dollars to trench. Eventually we decided to pool together our existing data center/IT and networking skills to work towards being a leading Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) serving the remote areas of San Diego County.
